    Owl's Texas Child Support does more than just compute the amount of guideline support for the number of children who are involved. It assists you in the presentation of your case for Court concerning not only child support, but also the financial condition of the parties. This information is necessary for the Court to apportion the payment of monthly bills between the divorcing parents. Be prepared for the presentation of all aspects of the case to the judge.

    Accurate Guideline Support Amounts

    The support amounts are computed in accordance with the formulas used by the Attorney General. The computations are updated annually when updated by the Texas Attorney General.

    Information Entry Method

    Work your way across the tabs, entering the information in each category. First enter the number of children in the household before the Court and other children not before the Court. When entering income, the program allows, wage income, self employed income, and non-taxable income to be entered. List all of your clients monthly expenses and the financial resources available to them. Then after you finish the employment information you are ready to print out the proposed child support and the financial information of your client for Court presentation.
